Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your premium fitness equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all NÜOBELL products in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your home gym experience is seamless, from the first lift to any necessary exchanges.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your NÜOBELL weights in the original reinforced boxes and foam inserts to prevent damage during transit, as items must be in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Apply the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
